All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Customized or handmade-to-order products may require additional processing time depending on the design and order quantity.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across the United Kingdom and selected international locations.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

UK Delivery

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (if available)

International Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days depending on location and customs processing

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to courier delays.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order weight
  • Shipping method selected

Free shipping promotions may be available on selected orders or during special campaigns.

8. Customs & Import Duties

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in their country.

These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.


9. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • The package
  • Shipping label
  • Damaged product

We will review the issue and assist accordingly.
